Essex County Wants Visitors Not To Vist

The Essex County Board of Supervisors is urging second homeowners and other visitors to stay away for the time being as the county tries to contain coronavirus. Essex County currently has four (4) confirmed cases of COVID-19 (2019 Novel
Coronavirus) and is responding with measures to proactively reduce further exposure. The county says it’s seeing an influx of people using their second homes and doing short term rentals as they seek refuge from more heavily hit areas, potentially endangering the population and the local health care system in the process.
