On August 9, State Police arrested Taylor K. Moss, 30 of Malone, NY for Aggravated Harassment 2nd degree. An investigation determined Moss wrote a threaten text message to cause physical harm to the complainant. Moss was placed under arrest and processed at SP Malone. Moss was released on an appearance ticket; he must appear in Town of Constable Court on August 17,2022.
