The total number of infected staff and elderly residents with COVID at Mercy Living Center increased by seven over the weekend. As of Sept. 13, 26 residents had tested positive, Scollin said. He said five more residents have tested positive since then, and four have exited quarantine as of Monday morning, reports the Adirondack Daily Enterprise. Two more staff members tested positive last week.
