On November 29, 2022, Troopers arrested Chad D. St. Louis, age 34 of Tupper Lake, NY for Criminal possession of a weapon. Troopers patrolled to Bartlett Carry Road near State Route 3, in the town of Harrietstown for an unconscious operator. An investigation determined the operator was St. Louis who stated he pulled off the roadway due to being too tired to drive. The Troopers conducted searched of St. Louis drivers license which indicated he did not have a valid NYS drivers license. They also searched his vehicle and found a rifle, which St. Louis is not allowed to have due to previous arrest.
