Tupper Lake Man Receives Adirondack Health Foundation Scholarship

The Adirondack Health Foundation recently announced the awardees of annual scholarships for area students interested in pursuing careers in healthcare. The $3,500 scholarships are awarded to students who have been accepted into courses of study leading to degrees in nursing or approved allied health careers. Among the winners, Nicholas Boushie, of Tupper Lake, who’s been employed at Adirondack Health’s Mercy Living Center as a certified nursing assistant for the past four years. Beginning this fall, he will attend North Country Community College to pursue a certificate in practical nursing.
