The Essex County Board of Supervisors/Board of Health and the Essex County Health Department are reporting four Essex County residents died over the weekend while ill with COVID-19. All four residents passed away in the hospital.
“We mourn every loss of life due to this terrible pandemic,” said the Chairman of the Essex County Board of Supervisors. The report of these four additional deaths brings the Essex County death total to 20, since the beginning of the pandemic.
