The Essex County Health Department is closely monitoring a cluster of connected cases in the hotel industry in Lake Placid, NY. To date, 7 cases have been linked and identified as either friends or co-workers that have spent time together. Many of the resulting positives were individuals already under quarantine from their identified exposure. The health department continues to track this cluster of cases.
