Appointments to receive the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine at UVM Health
Network — Alice Hyde Medical Center’s Walk-in Clinic are still available and can be booked by eligible
New York State residents, hospital officials said Tuesday.
Residents age 30 and older are eligible to receive the vaccine, according to New York
State Department of Health guidance. An appointment is required to receive the vaccine. To schedule an
appointment individuals should call (518) 481-2800 during regular business hours (8 a.m. – 4 p.m.)
