Hudson Headwaters Health Network (HHHN) has informed ECHD they have openings for vaccination clinics in our region. Please use the links below to register for an appointment. These COVID-19 vaccination clinics are restricted to New York State residents aged 65 years and older ONLY. You do not have to be a patient at HHHN to make an appointment for vaccine.
By registering for one of these clinics, you legally attest that you are a full- or part-time resident of New York State and that you are 65 years of age or older. You must bring proof of both age AND residency to your appointment. Go to the Essex County Public Health Facebook page to find out more.
