State Police arrested 56-year-old Jon H. Manney of Tupper Lake, following an investigation where Manney was found to have cashed Medicaid checks, totaling over $4,000, and belonging to another person without their permission. The investigation was initiated on May 28, 2020. Manney was charged with Grand Larceny 3rd degree. Subsequent to his arrest, Manney was found in possession of a quantity of methamphetamine. He was additionally charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th degree.
