Two more Franklin County residents have died this week after contracting COVID-19. Franklin County Public Health says one person between the ages of 45 and 60, and another person over 60 years old have died from the virus. No other details are being released. The two deaths this week bring the county’s total COVID-19 death toll to 16. Franklin County has seen three deaths altogether so far this month, all people who didn’t live in a nursing home or elder care facility.
