Eligible New Yorkers who wish to receive the Johnson & Johnson COVID-19
vaccine can get a scheduled appointment this week at UVM Health Network — Alice Hyde Medical
Center’s Walk-in Clinic, hospital officials said Monday.
Under current New York Department of Health guidelines, anyone age 16 and older who lives, works, or
studies in New York State is eligible to receive the vaccine. However, the Johnson & Johnson vaccine
is only approved for use with individuals age 18 and older. An appointment is required to receive the
vaccine. To schedule an appointment individuals should call (518) 481-2800 during regular business
hours (8 a.m. – 4 p.m.).
