The Lake Placid Central School District now has a new superintendent. The Adirondack Daily Enterprise reports the Board of Education unanimously approved the appointment of Timothy Seymour to the job this week. Current superintendent, Roger Catania, will retire at the end of the school year. Seymour, 37, has been the superintendent of the St. Regis Falls Central School District since 2019.
