The I Love BBQ and Music Festival, set for Sept. 3-5, has relocated to
the North Elba Show Grounds on Route 73 outside Lake Placid after over a decade at the
Olympic Skating Oval. Reconstruction of that venue forced the change, but instead of potentially
taking elements of the festival away, organizers have actually been able to add more value for
their guests.The annual festival raises needed funds for the Shipman Youth Center.
