State Police responded to a report of a burglary at a residence on Penny Lane in the town of Malone. An investigation revealed that 35-year-old Christopher J. Waldron, 37-year-old Jasmine L. Vermette, and 29-year-old Shala B. Skyner, all of Malone, broke into the victim’s home, stole various property and assaulted her. As they fled the scene, Waldron punched a witness who attempted to intervene. The three suspects then fled in a vehicle, which Malone Police located on East Main Street. All three suspects were taken into custody.
