Adirondack Health has increased its base rate of pay for all employees to no less than $15 an hour.
Effective Monday, Aug. 30, any employee whose regular hourly base rate of pay is less than $15 was raised to $15 an hour. This applies to all union and non-union employees. The organization previously abided by the New York state minimum wage, which was $12.50.
