On October 22, 2021, at approximately 4:05 p.m., State Police responded to a residence on South Little Wolf Road in the town of Tupper Lake for a domestic dispute. An investigation revealed that 35-year-old Matthew L. Marconi of Tupper Lake damaged a vehicle by throwing a bicycle at it while a 15-year old child was inside the vehicle. He was charged with Criminal Mischief 4th degree, and Endangering the Welfare of a Child. Marconi was released on an appearance ticket to appear in Town of Tupper Lake Court.
