What was, is once again as the Tops Markets grocery store on Church Street in Saranac Lake will become a Grand Union, as it was 20 years ago. The move comes about after a merger between Tops and Price Chopper was approved, with the condition that 12 stores be divested, and one of those is the Tops in Saranac Lake. Officials say the transition will be seamless.
