Saranac Lake’s Tops grocery store is now officially a Grand Union again. The changeover from Tops Markets to Grand Union went quicker than expected and while officials had initially planned to reopen February 12th, store manager Mike Brown said they wanted to be open in time for the second week of Winter Carnival, reports the Adirondack Daily Enterprise.
