A Tupper Lake man has been sentenced to 10 years in prison for possession and distribution of child pornography following an investigation by the FBI and New York State Police. The Adirondack Daily Enterprise reports 30 year old Scott Barton was sentenced on Wednesday. He will be required to register as a sex offender when he is released from prison and will also have a 10-year term of supervised release.
