Saranac Lake’s Local Waterfront Revitalization Program (LWRP) is in the process of being updated in order to guide appropriate development and investment in waterfront areas. The LWRP will promote public access to recreational opportunities, identify sustainable approaches to mitigate climate change impacts, stimulate economic development, and plan connection to and between recreational amenities and downtown.
