The Tupper Lake village board will have to try to pass its budget again today after the $3.38 million proposed budget failed to be put up for a vote on Friday. According to the Adirondack Daily Enterprise, some board members wanted additional time to familarize themselves with issues, while others wanted to make sure the full board was there for the vote.
