Congresswoman Elise Stefanik has announced the Joint Council for Economic Opportunity of Clinton and Franklin Counties will receive $1,968,376 through the Department of Health and Human Services’ Office of Head Start.
The Head Start program provides comprehensive early childhood education and development services to promote school readiness for low-income children.
