The Adirondack Mountain Club has finalized the sale of its Member Services Center building in Lake George. According to the Adirondack Daily Enterprise, FISH307, a Lake George-based company, bought ADK’s Member Services Center building on Goggins Road for $800,000. A portion of the Goggins Road sale will help ADK pay for its new Welcome Center on state Route 73 — the former Cascade Ski Center.
