Following vandalism at the municipal park, Tupper Lake Police will be stationing a plainclothes officer to intermittently walk the park in the evenings. The Mayor tells the Adirondack Daily Enterprise that he wants parents to know, if their children are caught doing similar vandalism now, they will face serious charges. Recently there was also spray painting that could qualify as a hate crime.
