The Lake Placid Village Board of Trustees has denied another application for an exception from the village’s current moratorium on the issuance of new short-term vacation rental permits. According to the Adirondack Daily Enterprise, the village board on Monday denied its fourth moratorium exception application from New Jersey resident Justina Deitz, who owns a condominium on 12 Harbor Lane. Deitz had previously been renting her condo as an STR without a permit.
