State Troopers arrest 30 year old Linwood A. Chamberlain, from Westport, for Menacing 2nd degree, and Criminal Possession weapon 4th intent to use. On August 13, 2022, at approximately 12: 24 a.m., Troopers were dispatched to Fitzgerald Road in the town of Westport, for an unknown disturbance. An investigation revealed suspect, Chamberlain and victim were involved in a verbal altercation. Chamberlain displayed a chain saw and threatened the victim. Chamberlain was arrested and processed at SP Lewis. He was arraigned at Westport Town Court, where he was released on his own recognizance.
