The Pontiac parking lot on Broadway in Saranac Lake will reopen next week after a nearly three-month closure while new bathrooms were built there. The Adirondack Daily Enterprise reports the lot will be open for public parking again by next Tuesday. The three temporary parking spots that were put in place along the stretch of Broadway adjoining the parking lot will be removed — also by Tuesday — due to “safety concerns.
