The Lake Placid Village Board of Trustees has planned a special work session today to discuss proposed housing and short-term vacation rental permit definitions as the village’s new STR regulations continue to take shape. The village board is approaching the final months of its process to rework its STR regulations. The Adirondack Daily Enterprise reports the work session will be held at 3:30 p.m. in the North Elba Town Hall.
