A traffic stop leads to the arrests of multiple people. 24 year old Jamie Bombard was arrested on a bench warrant following the stop on Academy Way. Also, during the stop, the operator of the vehicle, Kyle R. Simpson, age 38, of Saranac Lake, NY was found to have a revoked New York State driver’s license. The other passengers in the vehicle were identified as Eric D. Ryan, age 52, of Saranac Lake, NY, and Lauren M. Harvey, age 37, of Saranac Lake, NY. After gaining consent, a search of the vehicle was conducted and resulted in Troopers locating a quantity of narcotics within the vehicle. Ryan, Bombard, Simpson, and Harvey were found to be in possession of over 2,000 bags of heroin/fentanyl along with approximately 42 grams of crystal methamphetamine.
