Troopers arrested Marc D. Chick, age 44, of Malone, NY for criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th. A Trooper was patrolling on State Highway 11, in the town of Malone when he observed a tan Hyundai Santa Fe with a loud exhaust. The passenger of the vehicle exited the vehicle and was identified as Marc D. Chick. A vehicle inventory was conducted, and Troopers located a small glassine baggy containing white drug residue. Chick was also in possession of small glassine baggy containing methamphetamine and black container containing methamphetamine residue. Chick was arrested and processed for criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th. He was released on an appearance ticket where he must show up to the Town of Malone Court for a later date in February.
