A Tupper Lake village court appearance awaits a Rainbow Lake woman after police here arrested her on drug counts. 31 year old Elisabeth A. Cass is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal use of drug paraphernalia
Police said they responded to a complaint of a person refusing to leave a residence and causing a disturbance. After a brief investigation, Cass was found to be in possession of 100 bags of heroin and fentanyl.
