Tuesday, an autopsy was performed at Glens Falls Hospital on Kenneth C. Darrah, after Darrah was discovered deceased in the town of Chesterfield, on March 20, 2023. The autopsy determined the cause of death to be blunt force trauma and multiple stab wounds. The manner of death has been ruled as a homicide. He was found after police responded to AuSable Chasm Bridge, on the riverbank on the north bank of the river.
