PRIDE of Ticonderoga will now be running the Essex County Land Bank. Sun Community News reports the county itself is suffering a huge employee shortage due to its inability to afford homes in and around Elizabethtown on state pay. PRIDE will now be stepping in to help alleviate some of the county’s burden with the land bank. The Essex County Land Bank now joins over thirty others in the state.
