Adirondack Health plans to continue operating its Lake Placid dental practice for at least the rest of this week as the hospital waits for a determination on its proposed closure plan for the facility, which is under review by the state Department of Health.
The Adirondack Daily Enteprise reports the hospital was looking at a May 1st closure date, but the department is still reviewing the hospital’s proposed closure plan for the facility.
