52 year old Conrad Phillips of Hogansburg was arrested by State Police for one count of Possession of an Imitation Controlled Substances with Intent to Sell and other counts after he was found to be in possession of imitation Oxycodone tablets at the Tractor Supply in the town of Malone. Phillipes was also charged with an additional count of Possession of an Imitation Controlled Substances with Intent to Sell it for an incident occurring on September 26, 2022, in the town of Bombay, Franklin County, where he was also found to be in possession of imitation Oxycodone tablets with the intent to sell them.
