Tupper Lake voters approved the Tupper Lake Central School District’s budget by a wide margin Tuesday night, elected Sabrina Sabre Shipman to the board of education and wrote in Mary Ellen Chamberlain to be on the board, too. This year there were 425 votes total — 251 fewer voters than last year — and the budget passed 314-110 with nearly 74% of the vote.
