North Country Community College officials recently presented the college’s 2023-24 operating budget at the Essex County Board of Supervisors Finance/Tax Reduction/Mandate Relief Committee. Sun Community News reports the tentative operating budget is $14,956,472. The school is seeking a sponsor contribution from Essex County of $1,240,000.
NCCC also asked the board for an additional $100,000. The county has not given the school an increase since 2014.
