Representatives from North Country Community College addressed the Franklin County legislature prior to their regular meeting Thursday at the courthouse and presented a tentative budget of $14,956,472 in operating costs and $300,000 in capital spending for 2023-24. According to the Adirondack Daily Enterprise, Joe Keegan, president of the college, and Erik Harvey, interim CFO, appeared before legislators to present the spending plan and will do so again before the Essex County Board of Supervisors this week.
