$20,000 bail set for a Saranac Lake man charged with harming a person during a robbery on Friday. 42 year old Raymond A. Tallman was charged with robbery, criminal contempt and aggravated family offense, all felonies, as well as assault, menacing, unlawful imprisonment, and other counts. Police said Tallman allegedly stole property from another person by force, refused to let the person leave, and threatened and physically harmed the person.
