Thursday Meeting On Tupper Lake Air Quality

A public meeting on Tupper Lake’s water quality will be held Thursday night. Residents will have the chance to tell state leaders about their concerns with the discolored water and hear about potential solutions. The meeting starts at 5:30 p.m. at the Tupper Lake High School Auditorium on the corner of Park Street and Chaney Avenue. The Adirondack Daily Enterprise reports State Sen. Dan Stec, R-Queensbury, and Assemblyman Billy Jones, D-Chateaugay Lake, are expected to be at the meeting, along with representatives from the state departments of Health and Environmental Conservation.
