On June 10, 2023, State Police arrested 56 year old Claude E. Fleming of Tupper Lake for criminal mischief and criminal trespass. That night, Troopers responded to Main Street in the village of Tupper Lake, for a criminal trespass complaint. An investigation determined Fleming cut a lock off the door, went inside and started moving items out from the building. Fleming did not have persmission to be in the building.
