Deputy Supervisor Steps Down In Wilmington

Darin Forbes resigned from the deputy supervisor role for the town of Wilmington last week, citing, as reported in the Adirondack Daily Enterprise, changes to his personal life, conflicts on the board and the town supervisor’s “inability to separate personal feelings from town politics.” Forbes will remain on the town board as a regular member. Board member Tina Terry Preston has been appointed to fill the deputy supervisor job.
