The Essex County Board of Supervisors held a public hearing on Community Development Block Grant Applications for the current program year July 5. Sun Community News reports the New York State Housing Community Renewal Office will disperse about $15 million for housing and $20 million for infrastructure facilities and planning throughout the state this year.
