On July 8, 2023, Troopers arrested Eiythan T. Davenport, age 22, of Malone, NY for resisting arrest, obstruction governmental administration 2nd, and issued multiple vehicle and traffic tickets. Troopers observed a white 2023 Yamaha motorcycle traveling a very high rate of speed. Troopers lost sight of the motorcycle for some time but later located it on the side of the road. Trooper approached the motorcycle attempted to interview the driver, who took off his helmet and fled on foot. The Trooper recognized the driver and could identify him as Davenport. Davenport was arrested and processed at SP Malone.
