Saranac Lake’s Church of the Ascension was awarded a $10,500 grant to help fund stained glass restoration. According to the Adirondack Daily Enterprise, The New York Landmarks Conservancy announced the grant award, which was among 22 Sacred Sites Grants totaling $250,000 awarded to historic religious properties throughout the state, on Tuesday.
