The Lake Placid Center for the Arts (LPCA) has announced the awardees of its inaugural Audience Building Project, a regrant program supported by the New York State Council on the Arts (NYSCA). North Country cultural organizations were well-represented, with $85,000 distributed between nine arts organizations. Sun Community News reports the statewide program is focused on audience-building to support organizations as they recover from the COVID-19 and racial justice pandemics.
