Health Services (FCPHS) reminds everyone – vaccinated and unvaccinated to help stem the spread of colds, COVID and the flu by taking steps including frequent hand washing, staying home if you’re sick, and reducing indoor gathering sizes. Also, they suggest mask wearing in public spaces if you have any symptoms.
