State Police recently arrested 35 year old Brian E. Kozelouzek of Lake Placid for criminal mischief and criminal tampering.
On October 21, Troopers responded to Whiteface Inn Lane in the town of North Elba for items destroyed at the Café on the Green restaurant. An investigation determined, employee Kozelouzek was making himself multiple alcoholic drinks, using the bars liquor. He was also on video surveillance removing the bottles of Scotch Whiskey from display, dumping the remaining contents of each bottle.
