Neighbors and concerned community members turned out at the North Elba Town Council meeting on Tuesday to voice their concerns about a rezoning request that would pave the way for the construction of a new set of condominiums on the shore of Lake Placid. The Adirondack Daily Enteprise reports neighbors and residents spoke during the regularly scheduled public comment period to express their opposition to the proposal ahead of an upcoming vote by the council.
